Sweet Potato + Balsamic Kale + Purple Onion + Mozzarella Cheese Slices + Parmesan  + Fresh Basil Leaves + Udi’s Gluten Free Pizza Crust = Healthy Pizza

I stole this delicious idea from Two Peas in Their Pod, head over to their blog to check out a true master piece. I was crunched for time and didn’t make my own dough, and also substituted basil for rosemary.  I love the idea of this pizza – all the ingredients are so unexpected, yet the end result is delicious.
